Mixtapes & Cellmates need help with funding their trip to SXSW in Austin Texas. They have been invited to play but travelexpenses are high for a 5 piece band. They have set up a Kickstarter account where you can pledge money for their cause and they will give you rewards if the goal is met. So please get the word out and pledge a sum of money! Rewards include everything from Free CD´s, posters (hi-fived) to exclusive DVD´s and concerts! Check out their page at Kickstarter here

We want to thank you for supporting our small label in 2009. 2010 will mean more vinyl and less CD + more limited editions of all our future physical releases but with more extra goodies. We are looking forward to it. Debutalbums from Love is a burning thing and The Anti Fashion will be released. Our newyears resolution is to strongly consider stop doing our releases on CD. "Soft eyes" is the second single taken from Mixtapes & Cellmates new album "ROX". A popgem with those classic guitarlayers, Matilda behind the microphone, fantastic result. The video was shot by Markus Wedenborn who also made the video for "Soon". We hope this brightens up your Monday in dark december. We are giving away the single for free, you can´t buy it, we won´t let you. Please spread the word via your blog, twitter or whatever you use.

Aerial just released their latest album "Put it this way in headlines" in Scandinavia. 13 tracks of the best material this band have ever done. Their new single "Velvet light trap" was one of those songs in an early demostage that caught our ear. Basically it is just a great popsong but executed the Aerial way. The video was made by Aerial axeman Victor Claeson. Once again this single is also free, download it, spread it and enjoy!

The 3rd fullengthalbum from Aerial is here. They continue to hold their own as one of the best bands to ever come out of their genre. Almost 3 years in the making this is easily Aerials finest moment.
Aerial have just returned from a minitour with Motorpsycho and will continue to tour Scandinavia this fall and then start touring Europe in January. While still being a hidden gem in their homecountry of Sweden fans from all over the world have followed Aerial from their debut "Black rain from the bombing" with intense interest. This new album let´s Aerial come full circle as "Put it this way in headlines" reminds alot their early work. It is also the first album that the band have produced themselves.

2009-11-02 ROX is out!
Mixtapes & Cellmates new album "ROX" is finally out. We really hope that you take the time to listen to this record. A brilliant piece of work. Just take alook at this liverecording they did for SVT PSL.The response so far have been great and the band are touring Sweden this fall and are going over to the UK in December where "Soon" will be released on December 14th followed by the album in January. Aerial are confirmed to support one of our favourite bands, Motorpsycho. When we first heard Aerial they reminded us alot of Motorpsychos Blissard album, so this will be a great package. Put it this way in headlines is out on Nov 4th and if you get it digitally you get The Legion of dynamic dischord for free!

2009-10-07 Singles out, Aerial album update, Mixtapes & Cellmates releaseparty
So the new singles from Aerial and Mixtapes & Cellmates have been released and are doing very good. Aerial´s "All refrain" made it to No1 at klicktrack.com and Mixtapes & Cellmates single "Soon" have been at No1 at klicktrack.com the past 2 weeks! Keep supporting the bands by buying their singles, 5 Skr each.
The new Aerial album "Put it this way in headlines" have been pushed forward to Nov 4th. We will be taking pre-orders shortly.
The new Mixtapes & Cellmates album will be out on Oct 28th and will also come in 12" and Cassette formats! Ecard + ordering info will be up any day now. Mixtapes & Cellmates will also have a releaseparty in Stockholm at Lilla Hotelbaren on October 29th. The entrance is FREE and the band will play live at 21.00. We will giveaway 25 copies to the first ones in the door. Be on time! We will also release the 2nd single "Soft eyes" on Oct 28 PLUS there will be a limited 7" with the songs "A brighter place to go" + "On fire" out on Fasaden Records.
